    I loved the Superbowl analogy. 🙂 MMORPGs really are all about sustainable player membership and PvE Raid grinds are NOT the way to go in my opinion. RvR in DAOC kept the game interesting for years after I achieved level 50.

    It also drove the requirement to gain things in PvE like Master Levels and new gear to remain competitive, which I wasn’t the hugest fan of. That’s why I’m happy that some of the best gear in WAR will come from pillaging your enemy’s home town. Keep it all tied to RvR and I’ll be a fan for life. 🙂

They deserve stability. People who play MMORPGs are passionate, dedicated, engaged and willing to give just about anything a chance. Recognize that, respect that and then deliver a game that isn’t crap and you’ll be rewarded by the fans.”

    I couldn’t agree more with this paragraph. Companies deserve their money but we also deserve to get the best product possible for what we pay.

    Speaking on pay, any new information on how much the pay-to-play will be? More than $15 less than $20? Still thinking about it?
